Following a re-evaluation of this platform throughout 2016, the University of Toronto Libraries made the decision not to continue offering conference hosting service in the future.

All previously created conference sites will be retired by June 1, 2017.

Contact us at conferences@library.utoronto.ca if you have questions, need assistance retrieving your content, or seek recommendations for an alternative conference hosting solution.

LARCIC Presentation Guideline

LARCIC Presentation Guideline

Each presenter in the round table panel will have 15 minutes. We recommend that you use 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for a questions/answer period. Following the presentations, the panel facilitator will have 15 minutes to summarize the presentations and lead a discussion. You may have more time if your panel has fewer than 4 presentations. In that case, the panel facilitator will decide how the time will be allotted. A laptop (PC) and a LCD projector will be available in each conference room.
Participants who are presenting interactive posters are strongly encouraged to display their posters for the duration of the conference, starting Wednesday, May 27. Presenters should stand by their posters during the scheduled poster session on Friday, May 28 between 1:30 and 2:30. Poster boards are 5 feet 7 inches tall and 5 feet wide. Posters can be displayed with push pins or Velcro (both provided).
On-line registration will remain open until the first day of the conference. Please note that you can only pay by cash or cheque if you decide to register onsite.
